How We Ship
Processing time of orders, between order placement and actual shipment:
At Brainwavz we will strive to get your order out as quick as possible with a quick turnaround time. When orders have been packed and are ready for pick-up, you will receive a tracking number either on the same day of the next working day.
In the event that only a method of shipping that has no tracking is available to your shipping destination pin-code, you will only receive an email notification when the order has been shipped out.
Orders that are placed by 11am India time Monday to Friday will generally go out the same day or within the next working day. Orders placed after 11am Monday to Friday will go out the next working day, should the next day be a weekend or public holiday, then the order will go out on the next possible working day.
During times when there is a large surge in orders i.e. due to a popular product sales or during peak shopping seasons (i.e. Diwali/Christmas) orders may take up to 2 – 3 working days to be processed.
Shipping methods:
Brainwavz offers free domestic shipping on all orders!
Depending on the destination Pin-code, the shipping method may differ.
Free Ship with Amazon services are available to most Domestic Pin-codes. In the event your pin-code is not eligible, we may use an alternate shipping method.
Free Registered mail with tracking
Brainwavz will not be liable for any lost parcels that are sent by this method.
Brainwavz support team will be able to assist you in finding the correct website for you to track your parcel online should you require further assistance. We will also inform you if online tracking for this method of shipping in the postal/courier website is available or not.
